Paperwork

And yes...Phil's condo has found a buyer, and the paperwork has been completed as of tonight! Praise the Lord! Yep, a condo has been sold sans-realtor =o) A feat not often seen. Now we await the papers to go thru the proper channels and then.....CLOSING! House-hunting here we come...godspeed.
